何种情况可以转学

学生在校学习期间,有下列情况之一的,可以转专业、转学:

(二)由专科转入本科或“专升本”;

(三)新生入学未满一学期者;

(四)对口招生转入统招,或虽同属对口招生但入学考试科目不一致者;

(五)实行学年制的,本科三年级以上(含三年级)或专科二年级以上(含二年级)者;

(六)学科跨度较大者;

(七)高考分数低于拟转入专业当年最低录取分数线者;

(八)停学保留学籍、休学期间或退学试读的。

转学有哪些程序

(一)由本人向所在系(部、院)提出申请。

(二)学生在本校范围内转专业,经所在系(部、院)及拟转入系(部、院)审核同意,由学校审批,报省教育厅备案。

(三)学生在本省范围内转学,经转出和转入学校审核同意,由转出学校报省教育厅审批。

(四)本省高等学校学生向外省(自治区、直辖市)高校转学的,须经转出学校同意,连同转入学校接收函件,报省教育厅审查同意,并由省教育厅与拟转入学校的省级教育主管部门联系,由该主管部门审批。

(五)外省(自治区、直辖市)高等学校学生拟转入本省高等学校学习的,须经转出学校及转入学校同意,转出学校报其所在省教育主管部门审查同意后,由转入学校报省教育厅审批。
